Yes General B license. We are bonded, have general liability policy and workers compensation for each employee.
Do you offer a warranty or service agreement?
Yes we do. We offer a warranty on each service depending on the scope of work completed. This will be spelled out clearly on your proposal.
How long has your crew been with you?
Most of our crews have been with us for 5 years or more.
Do you subcontract any work or do it in-house?
Yes we charge for real estate transactions. The cost is $250 which will be credited back if we are hired to do repairs.
Do you charge for homeowner inspections?
No we DO NOT charge for homeowner inspections.
Do you do commercial buildings?
Yes we offer a wide variety of repairs for commercial clients. Anything structural and drainage related.
What other services do you offer besides foundation repair?
We offer concrete repairs, concrete replacements, garage resurfacing with epoxy, any drainage related issues through our sister company Professional Drainage Experts, retaining wall repairs and structural beam replacements.
