About Professional Foundation Repair
Our Story
Professional Foundation Repair came to be after the real estate crash of 2008. Like so many at that time, real estate developer and investor Darin Wells knew it was time to pivot and reinvent himself. Taking stock of what he knew about real estate and construction, Darin recognized the need for competent and quality foundation repair services without shady business practices in Orange County and other areas of Southern California. With an extensive skill set in construction and mortgage inspections, he set about his new goal with a passion for what he believes in, and Professional Foundation Repair was born. Starting out, he worked out of a coffee shop with one crew. Since then, Darin has grown our company into one of the best and most reputable home and commercial foundation repair companies in the region.
Today, Professional Foundation Repair has its own, 7000 square foot shop in Garden Grove, California. Serving Anaheim, Fullerton Santa Ana, Whittier, Costa Mesa, Orange, La Habra, Torrance, Huntington Beach, San Pedro, Long Beach, and Los Angeles, our reviews speak for themselves. We are proud of the business we have built and the way we operate. With services ranging from concrete lifting, slab and raised foundation repair, earthquake retrofitting, underpinning, hydraulic push piers, carbon fiber installation, inspections, and our own, patented Wells Concentric Piers, Professional Foundation Repair is the company that Darin first envisioned when he set out on this journey.

Professional Foundation Repair has a General “B” Contractor’s license for the State of California. This means we are approved to work on existing structures, structures being built or to be built that require at least two unrelated building traded or drafts during the construction.
With three decades of expertise in construction and associated fields, Darin employs only the most skilled supervisors and knowledgeable sales guides to ensure the highest quality work on every project.
Our FEMA-approved team is prepared to provide immediate assistance in the event of natural disasters that impact the structural integrity of residential foundations.
As the most experienced and skilled team in the area, we take great pride in treating each project with the same level of care and attention we would give our own homes.

Family
Most of our company consists of Darin and Shanese’s actual relatives, and those team members that don’t have the same DNA are chosen family. We believe in a work-life balance, but we also believe in treating our customers like one of our own. Everyone pitches in, and no one ever clocks out. There is no such thing as “that’s not my job” in this organization, and everyone has the same goal: honest, quality work and customer satisfaction.
We lift each other up, we are there for each other, and when we meet with and work on projects for our customers, they are taken into the fold and treated like our own family. Our Golden Rule is to treat every customer like you would treat your own mother, father, sister, brother, grandparents, cousins, and so on. No one is left behind, and we do everything possible to make necessary structural work feasible for every customer.

Professional Foundation Repair and its sister company, Professional Drainage Experts, provide solutions for not just the symptoms, but the actual cause of the problem, working to prevent future foundation issues.
