What You’ll Be Doing

- Meet with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified potential customers at their homes.

- Build trust and rapport with customers and help them envision solutions for their homes.

- Conduct detailed home inspections to assess foundation or waterproofing issues.

- Present solutions and bids on-site during your initial visit—no long delays or multiple visits.

- Meet or exceed sales goals, all while delivering a remarkable experience for our customers.
Is This You?

- Sales Rockstar: 2+ years of proven sales experience.

- Natural Connector: Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and listen to customers’ needs.

- In-Home Sales Savvy: Experience presenting and closing deals in-home is a huge plus.

- Comfortable With Hands-On Work: Willing to enter crawlspaces and basements to provide assessments.

- Motivated by Success: You love competition, thrive on achieving goals, and want to earn an incredible income.

- Location: Based in the Los Angeles Metro or South Bay area (strongly preferred).

- Dependable: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $360,000.00 per year, NO CAP!
Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay: Commission-based
Requirements: Driver’s License (Required), outside sales experience (Preferred)
